Cooking Channel’s first interactive series brings viewers three perfect dishes and challenges them to compete with the masters by submitting their perfect dish in the Perfect 3 Recipe Contest on CookingChannelTV.com.

The Perfect 3 TV series presents three perfect recipes of a given dish or ingredient as prepared by Cooking Channel’s and Food Network’s most popular chefs. For instance in the Burgers episode . Tyler Florence, prepares his classic version using ground beef brisket, topped with bacon, onions and the works, as featured on Tyler’s Ultimate. Then Roger Mooking, star of Everyday Exotic, challenges the classic with a ground lamb burger blended with Chinese 5 spice, finished with cucumber relish. Giada de Laurentiis is not to be outdone by the boys. Her tuna steak burgers topped with tapenade and roasted red peppers from Everyday Italian is a total game-changer. At the end of the episode we give viewers a glimpse of the winner of the Perfect 3 Recipe Contest in the burger category.

The Perfect 3 webisodes feature the 13 winners of the Perfect 3 Recipe Contest. Each of these amateur chefs won an all-expense paid trip to NYC and a chance to demonstrate their winning recipe in the Cooking Channel studios with Kelsey Nixon, host of Kelsey’s Essentials. Each original webisode features indispensable tips from the winner and Kelsey and a link to the complete recipe as well as all the Perfect 3 Recipes,

So, who’s perfect? Check out the series and you decide.
